Purchased a used vehicle. The sales associate has done the bare minimum. I asked him to detail car, he says it was however it was in the same shape as when I test drove it. On June 10, I brought my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Arrigo West Palm Beach for a recall. During the inspection, I was told I needed four tires, a fuel induction service, an alignment, and cabin and engine air filters. Great price! Communication was a little challenging but I was purchasing from Tampa so my situation wasn’t typical. I wasn’t comfortable during the financing step. I felt pressured to purchase gap and extended warranty. Specifically questioning my parenting about letting my daughter go off to college without it. I wonder if he would have said the same thing to my husband.

I don't see how you can give a bad rating if you walk away with a brand new car. I didn't have much hope of getting one due to my credit predicament, but I was shown away past the problem my credit presented and offered terms I could live with. That's good enough for me! The dealership is amazing, everyone from sales to finance department was easy and quick to work with.
The first salesman offered a deal that was insulting and bordered on a scam. He offered my car plus $20000 for the new one . The deal was eventually made at my car plus $2000 to me . That difference labels Arrigo as a scam screw the customer dealer when they walk in the door. The young lady that handled the paperwork sitting at the desk was outstanding and helpful. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salespeople forgot about us in the lot. They sold us a car but used the wrong VIN on all paperwork - I had to return to complete all paperwork a second time a week later! I insured the wrong car because I used the VIN on the paperwork! I recently purchased a pre owned dodge challenger for my granddaughter. I went to the dealership twice asking for the title and spoke to the sales manager after seven weeks he said he would get it. Worst experience i have had at arigo. I have purchased 4 grand Cherokees from them in the past but am extremely unhappy with the one I purchased on March 26. Was told there is nothing that can be done i am stuck with a car I didn't want and dont like.

I was sold a vehicle that I was told and charged for 120+ point inspection and reconditioning fees but yet I needed brakes and rotors work a couple of days later costing me over $600.
1st time in.very nice.appointment scheduled and kept…..showroom very loud and noisy very difficult to make calls to get information, in middle of call to get insurance 2guys were shooting Hoops, bouncing ball adding to the noise problem……when consummating deals should be taken to closed office.

Finance did not review paper work at all. I really felt like i had to fight for the price i got before the finance guy sold me a miss leading warranty on the car, tires, battery and maintenance. When i got home i had to print and review the paper work and i felt totally mislead. Mislead enough to where i called him back to let him know this. Great costumers service. But way too many expensive fees. 12k truck was more like 19 k after everything.
Truck had bald tires needed bearing and ball joints truck had codes pop up within a few miles and was garage by tile I got it home… dealership did nothing at all to help me with these issues after charging retail new truck price in the final bill that was about 20k more then I asked for. I will never go to them again and I wish I didn’t at this point… plus the guy was over 30 minutes picking me up from airport

I asked the sales rep specifically if there was any exterior damage or damage to the car because I had to rent a dolly & drive across the state. Failed to file required EV tax credit paperwork. Weeks of silence.
I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV in September specifically to qualify for the federal EV tax credit before the deadline. Arrigo's finance team failed to submit the required time-of-sale report to the IRS and never provided me the documentation I need to claim the credit on my taxes.

I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Arrigo West Palm and the vehicle meets my needs well. The staff was professional and the process was relatively smooth. However, the pricing was not fully transparent, as the final out-the-door cost ended up significantly higher than the online advertised price due to additional fees and add-ons. I understand some fees are standard, but clearer upfront communication would have made the experience much better. Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle, but improved transparency would build more trust with customers.
