I was sold a vehicle and had delivered. Once I received the vehicle, I noticed the center console doesn't shut and my visor is missing screws and dangling. I called the dealership three times and could never get a hold of Nevin. He had a manager call me and told me 'those are simple Amazon fixes. We sold you a used car. You basically bought the body and the transmission' - Why doesn't the price tag reflect that statement? Lazy.

Be mindful of the pricing! Online ads show that the price includes fees. Their initial offer included all the fees twice. First revision included a new fee. Also double check inspection items…my car didn’t have wiper fluid and the window weather strips were eroded. Key battery was nearly dead. Probably $75 of work that would have made for a better experience. I get that it's a volume dealership, but they should pay more attention to the details. On the positive side, my salesman and the finance lead were great. So was the price.

I have a throttle body issue I need either a throttle body relearn or a new throttle body. They want me to leave my Jeep there for 48 hours get a rental car for $150 deposit and pay $240 I think for a diagnosis. I know the problem don't really want to pay for a diagnosis but that's the way it goes... I will not be using the service center for a throttle body issue. My vehicle has a recall for occupant restraint which is probably the seat belt, so they can get me a rental car to 2010 Jeep Patriot.

I recently bought a 2019 ram 1500 and while my sales representative was absolutely amazing, Cesar Llanos-Garcia was 5 stars, the actual business managers are not, they do not communicate properly and no one truly knows what's going on. If you do go here definitely go to Cesar, he genuinely cares about you and will do his best to get you all squared away. I cannot thank him enough for all the help. He deserves a raise!!
